At the age of 97, Fr. Michael Miloslav Fiala, O.Praem., the oldest member of the Želiv Canon, priest, religious, witness to the dramatic history of the 20th century, and a man of deep faith, freedom, and education, has gone to the Lord.

Projects that combine history with modern technologies not only preserve monuments for future generations but also support tourism and regional development. Two recent examples demonstrate how digitalization can transform the perception of the past – in the Premonstratensian monasteries in Želiv and at Strahov in Prague.
